I'm Huseini Indorewala — a Lead Product Designer with 13+ years of experience designing enterprise CRM and ERP products that people actually want to use.
My work lives at the intersection of product strategy, user research, and scalable design systems. I specialise in the hard problems: legacy workflows with decades of technical debt, multi-stakeholder products where everyone has an opinion, and enterprise platforms where poor UX costs real money every single day.
I'm an HFI Certified Usability Analyst (CUA™), which means I don't just design by instinct — I validate by evidence. Every major decision in my process is grounded in research, tested with real users, and measured against outcomes that matter to the business.
